We had a wonderfully busy summer, with my mum and sister both visiting, and all three kids enjoying time at summer camp. Before we knew it, we were half way through August and hadn’t yet had a family holiday!
I’ve written about my amazing Grandmother before, most recently when she celebrated her 100th birthday. I have talked of how grateful I am that the children have met her, and her them. Of how important it is to me that we see her when we can, especially now that we are so far away.
This is the first photograph of my complete family. Taken in hospital when the wee girl was only a few hours old.
My gorgeous girl, where do I begin? What words do you justice, now you are three?
It’s something of a milestone isn’t it? One hundred years on this earth.
My eldest son has turned eight! I can’t quite believe I have an eight year old… But, what an amazing eight years we have had!
It was Mother’s Day in the US today, and I have had a wonderful, magic day thanks to these three terrors.
This weekend saw us celebrate the little boys fifth birthday. I can’t believe that he’s five and that he will be starting kindergarten in August! He is growing up so fast.
This weekend saw us celebrate the wee girl’s second birthday. I cannot quite believe that she is two! I know we all say that it goes too fast; but it really does.
