045: Ice: pretty patterns on the French Doors.
046: Game: the day started with a game of Pictopia!
047: Damp: after two days where the temperature dropped to -20C, today it was 12C and rainy..?!?
048: Rockport: taking a wander along Bearskin Neck in Rockport and admiring the view out to sea.
049: Empty: an absolutely freezing walk along Crane Beach in Ipswich.
050: Hide: someone didn’t want their photo taken!
051: Organised: starting my next Book Club book in time to actually finish it…

Project 366: a photo a day, every day, for a year.

Thank you. It has been quite cold, but now it’s really mild again… New England weather :)

  1. I forgot you still have snowy weather over there. It all looks so pretty. I’m hoping we get some sun here now. Hope it’s a good read. I need to start mine tomorrow!

The snow seems to have all but disappeared for the moment, but there is still the potential for more! The book is good so far :)

  2. Gorgeous photos Sara, In fact I saw the ice one on instagram this week and loved it, I love cold frosty weather so would love living where you are, hope you are all well? Sarah x

We are all doing very well, thank you Sarah. February vacation was just what we needed! Although I’m not a massive fan of the snow, the winters here are amazingly beautiful, especially the blue skies and ice :)

  3. Ooh I loved Rockport! I have a pic of me somewhere sat on the rocks in my DM boots and shorts and tshirt uniform that I lied in as a 19 year old! :) Love the door pic – beautiful!

I loved Rockport, can’t believe it’s the first time we’ve been! Mind you, everything was closed for the season, so we’ll just have to go back :)

  4. Wow, how could there be such a dramatic difference in temperature in such a short time? I love the photo of the empty beach. Your girl had hidden very well – it was hard to work out which way up she was!

The temperature changes are amazing, it’s not unusual from one day to the next, or even in the space of a day!

  5. That first photo is beautiful with the ice. Strange how the weather’s so extreme.

Pictopia’s a new one on me. I’ll have to look that up.

The weather has been particularly bizarre recently, and that’s saying something for New England :)
