340: Santa: the wee girl found a Santa hat and was very taken with it.
341: Blue: a gorgeous backdrop for these branches.
342: Grey: what a difference a day makes!
343: New: I treated myself to a small white tree for the living room :)
344: Tree: the kids made a great job of decorating the main tree, and Selfie found a good spot!
345: Costume: the 6yo dressed as Tom from Beast Quest for ‘dress as your favorite book character’ day at school.
346: Faded: even when wilted I still think roses are beautiful.

I can’t believe how grown up your wee girl is and how cute does she look in her Santa hat?! Here’s to another fabulous week Sarah x
I know, she is getting so tall and just looking so grown up!
Beautiful photos! I love the one of the elf on the tree x
Thank you Kim x
Love that you’ve taken a picture of the same thing on consecutive days – the contrast is incredible! ‘Tom’ looks very happy with himself (but aren’t those books horrendous?!). Both of your Christmas trees are lovely. We really need to get one up now!
The contrast between the two days was amazing! I thought the first six books were a great start to get my oldest reading chapter books, but good grief they get repetitive!!
Love your trees. It’s nice to be able to have a second one. I’m debating a small real one for our back room but got to work on getting the living room cleared out for the main tree first.
I’m loving my second tree :)
The Santa hat is very cute and I think Z would absolutely love a sword like that. Sometimes flowers looks so lovely even when faded!
The sword was a hit, but I he wasn’t allowed to take it to school :)
Love the roses even if they are wilted and your son looks fab, hope he enjoyed the day #365
He did enjoy the day, although the costume didn’t last long as he got too hot!
I love faded roses and always keep them once dead and gone! Love the contrasting photos this week :)
I still have the roses, they still look lovely! The weather has been really up and down, but bizarrely mild :)
I always loved to let the children decorate the tree, may not have been well balanced or tidy but they loved it.
loving the lights on both your christmas trees
