Cake and cocktails. Yum yum yum. That snow drift is mental.
Isn’t it?!
Oh my goodness, that is a LOT of snow. Pic 74 is just awesome, the UK would grind to a halt if we had that much snow. Glad to see you are enjoying it
Thank you! It has been fun, and snow drifts like that are quite spectacular :)
Love the fresh snow photo, it looks almost black and white! That’s such a happy face on the sledge and I can’t believe the depth of the shovelled snow.
Basically I’m obsessed with your snow! ;)
I think I’ve become slightly obsessed too :)
OMG that snow is still so deep!! that cocktail looks lovely ;-) x
There are piles of snow that are going to take weeks to disappear!
I’m now in need of cakes and cocktails! What a week
He he, the week certainly had it’s moments :)
Oh my I really feel for you, bloody snow! cant believe that its sooo deep a trench through the snow has to be made just to get to your door… But yum those cakes and Margaritas looks very swish! :D
I couldn’t get over the snow between those buildings either, and considering that there has been quite a bit of melt over the last couple of days, it doesn’t seem to going anywhere!
Wow, that snow is lasting a pretty long time! I love the look of that afternoon tea! Lush! #Project365
Afternoon tea was very good x
The cakes look amazing, and I am a little bit jealous of your snow – would love to do the school run with sledges! #project365
The cakes were lovely! The snow has been good fun, but I’m ready to move on now :)
Gosh that snow to the back door is incredible! You must be so bored of it now although I do love the sledge photo and the one of your street. How lovely to escape for drinks on a school night, hope you had lots of fun. That craft kit looks awesome :)
Thanks! Yes, I’ve had enough of the snow now, although there has been a big melt over the last couple of days, so we’re getting there! Drinks were fun :)
Those cakes look so scrumptious. As does the margerita, although it would be a mocktail for me :)
The cakes were very good :)
Afternoon tea and margaritas sound like a great way to beat the snow :)
Definitely :)
The weather has been relentless for you – I would be having those cocktails every night! Wonderful photos Sara – I actually adore the shot from the car window.
Thank you Kriss, it’s not been much fun for your either!
Loving your photos from the week, my friend also lives in/near boston and regularly messages me as we are having lovely weather here at the moment and you are all under so much snow. Looks as if your son is enjoying it though! ;-)
The kids have loved it, so I’ve just tried to see it through their eyes as much as possible :)
you had me at afternoon tea lol those little delicacies look yummy
and look at those blocks of snowy ice – wow you must have had a LOT of snow! bet the children have enjoyed the snow x
Lol, the cakes were good :) We really have had a ridiculous amount of snow! The kids have had a lot of fun though :)

Cake and a cuppa always good :)
That cheeky cocktail sure looks good. Looks like some impressive crafting going on there. #Project365
It was very tasty :)
I love your margarita, we had the same last night with my sister for her first dinner in Texas, yum! It went down a treat
I’m sure it did, hard to beat a good margarita :)
WOW your photos are great, your first one has made me hungry :) x #365 x
Thank you :)
Them cakes look rather yummy, I have missed the snow this year.
The cakes were very yummy :)
I’m sensing a theme to this weeks photos and that’s snow joke! Those cakes look delicious!
He he, I may have been a bit irritated with the snow!
Those cakes look so amazing and I can’t believe that you still have so much snow!! Will it ever go away?
It is finally going, I’m just ignoring the forecast…!
The cakes look amazing, I’d love to try the one with the shard on top. Love that your children are still enjoying the snow, I’m sure it won’t be long until you’re showing us all the tropical weather.
Thanks for linking up to Project 365.
Thank you! I am holding out for a long, hot summer :)
