Super Sweet Blog Award

The Yummy Mummy Train nominated me for a Super Sweet Blog Award. I am beyond chuffed as I only started my blog a couple of weeks ago. The blogging community is just so lovely :) Like her, I’m not sure that I’d describe my blog (or myself for that matter) as sweet, but my kids are sweet – and they (will) feature heavily, so I’ll take it!

So, now it’s my turn to respond and to nominate… As I haven’t tried ‘links’ (or inserting images) etc. before I hope I get this right… Huge apologies if I don’t!

Cookies or Cake?
Cake! With a nice buttercream or fondant icing… Also, I have just discovered the ice cream cakes here in the US… Yum!
Chocolate or Vanilla?
Definitely vanilla, missing our local ice cream shop in Scotland, best white ice cream (as my 3yo calls it) ever!
Favourite sweet treat?
Back home it was cinnamon swirls in Starbucks, eaten every time I had coffee with a very good friend, it was ‘our thing’. Here in the US, currently Traders Joes sea salted brownies, to die for!
When do you crave sweet things the most?
While having a big mug of builders (good, strong, suitably stewed) tea.
If you had a sweet nickname, what would it be?
Never really been a nickname sort… My husband calls me sweetheart, does that count? Hmmm, how about cupcake (*cringes*)?!?
