080: Party: the wee girl had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday with friends.
081: Spring: yup, this was the start of spring for us and the 6yo built a snow fort :)
082: Late: after closing the car boot on my head (I’m an idiot), an early night for me, and a last minute photo!
083: Four: a very Happy Birthday to my little girl :)
084: Oops: another last minute photo…
085: Again: and another last minute photo (and the quality is awful), not doing very well this week! [My husband painted the wee girls room pinky-purple (as requested!) in time for her birthday :)]
086: Wild: a flock of wild turkeys wandered through our garden this morning!

Oh wow! Happy Birthday, how can she be 4!!! Now that’s a very different view to wake up to – I had no idea wild turkey’s even existed. #366
I know, I can’t believe she’s four already! People had told us about the wild turkeys, but that was the first time they;d appeared in our garden!
Love the two cakes and belated Happy Birthday to your gorgeous girl. More snow! But soon gone to make way for turkeys!! What a sight :)
Thank you! I’m hoping that’s the last of the snow, but not yet ready to hold my breath…
Happy birthday to your girl! Hope she had a lovely day. Love that your boy has his Beast Quest book next to him while he sleeps.
Thank you Sarah. We have far too many Beast Quest books, but they are a great way to get them reading :)
Hope the girl loved her birthday – that first cake is quite something. So weird having snow in Spring, but then I remember doing an easter trail a few years ago in April and there was still snow on the ground here.
Thank you, she had a lovely time. We had snow on the first day of spring last year too :)
Happy Birthday and WOW at those cakes, esp the Hello kitty one. Love to look at the snow, i do occasionally go to the ski dome in the middle of summer just to chill out
Thank you! The Hello Kitty one was an ice cream cake at the request of the wee girl, but I did make the other one :)
