A couple of weeks ago we received a VERY early Christmas present, from Santa himself.
A mystery box arrived, and the kids couldn’t believe it when we opened it to discover gifts, just waiting to be unwrapped by eager hands!
Elf hats were immediately put on. Of course. Candy canes were grabbed, and I haven’t seen them since. My little girl claimed the cute penguin while the 9yo was very taken with a towel that has a huge abominable snowman on it! The 7yo opened a notepad and stickers, and that made for a very happy boy.
And, their mother was thrilled with the Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Camera.
That’s definitely mine.
The kids were even more excited to discover that we had been invited to visit the man himself, at Santa’s Village, in Jefferson New Hampshire. It may only be June, but that doesn’t make any difference to a four year old. I mean, it’s Santa!
Notepad and village map in hand, the boys wasted no time in starting to plan our day.
The 9yo is very keen to try the Chimney Drop and the Yule Log Flume. The 7yo is a huge fan of spinning, so the Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree swings and the Little Drummer Boy spinning drums are at the top of his list! I’m sure the Bumper Cars and the Penguin Spin Coaster will also be a hit!
The wee girl loves a carousel, so we’ll be checking out the Reindeer Carousel, and feeding the reindeer at the Reindeer Rendezvous is on her must-do list as well. I’m looking forward to the views from the Christmas Ferris Wheel, and the Skyway Sleigh Monorail looks fun too.
We’re also keeping our fingers crossed for good weather so that we can check out the HoHoH20 Water Park, but if the sun doesn’t shine, we can head to the Polar Theatre instead.
We are all super excited to visit Santa’s Village as part of #SantasSquad, and hope to meet the man himself at the end of our day!
Stay tuned for all the photos from our visit, and if you want to check out what else you can get up to on a visit to Santa’s Village head over to their website.
