Hello, and welcome back!
It’s been awhile. Life got busy, priorities changed, and I’ve spent the last few years focusing on helping others with their websites and online presence! But, now it’s time to bring back my own space for creativity and community.

If you’ve been following Mum Turned Mom for a while, you know I’ve shared many stories, tips, and reflections from the messy, joyful, exhausting, and beautiful world of motherhood. But as my kids grow older and the house gets a little quieter, I’ve realized something: my life is shifting, more than I ever would have expected, as I move into this next chapter.
Motherhood will always be part of me, but now I’m stepping into a new stage: embracing midlife (and menopause!). And with it comes an opportunity to rediscover who I am. What brings me joy, what makes me smile, and how to appreciate life beyond the routines of parenting little ones.
Mum Turned Mom is Evolving!
So here’s the exciting news: Mum Turned Mom is evolving! You’ll still find reflections on family and connection, but you’ll also discover content that celebrates midlife living, self-discovery, wellbeing & menopause, and creativity, all the ways we can find joy, balance, and purpose in the in-between of what was, and what’s to come.
What can you expect from this pivot?
- Inspiration for midlife self-care and wellbeing: simple ways to prioritize yourself
- Ideas for creativity and hobbies: reigniting passions that may have been set aside
- Reflections on family and relationships: staying connected as life changes
- Stories about growth, transition, and joy: celebrating this stage of life without judgment
- Advice for fellow small-business mums: resources developed and based on my real-life experience, my work with clients, and my own projects.
I want this space to feel like a hot cup of tea and a friendly chat. A place where we can celebrate the small wins, welcome change, and explore life after kids in a thoughtful, fun, and authentic way.
Thank you for being here. I can’t wait to share this next chapter: rediscovering joy, creativity, and purpose in midlife.
With love,
Sara
