Alphabet Photography Project: W is for Wish

Alphabet Photography Project: W is for Wish

Children and dandelion clocks, they can’t resist can they?

Whether you tell the time or make a wish, blowing them is irresistible.

They may be considered weeds, and while having their seeds spread around your garden might not be what you wish for; it’s difficult to beat the look of wonder on your child’s face as the fluffy seeds dance off into the sunshine.

  1. Thanks for visiting my blog (Out and About)–Dandelions just speak “child friendly” and despite the havoc they wreak on gardens, I associate them with joy, happiness and childhood.

  2. They also provide much welcome early food for bumble bees. Love how nature works! Looking at your photo, I have images of your boy skidding to a stop on his scooter to make the most of a patch of dandelion heads. Once all have been dispersed, he jumps back on his scooter and away he goes. Childhood bliss. #AlphabetPhoto
