Well, the time has come to say goodbye to Stealth Elfie once more. It’s been fun, but it is time for him to head back to Santa until next year.
He has managed to keep the boys entertained again this week, and twice the wee girl has been the one to find him. This was met with huge excitement and running off to get her brothers and show them. It was lovely to see her ‘get it’.
Favourites this week were sitting on the boys bedroom door frame and hiding on the lampshade in the dining room. Least favourite (for mummy) was sitting on a light above mummy’s bed…!
This morning the boys found him here, having a wee snack and some cough medicine. It’s been a busy month for him, and the strain is starting to show :) And, he really has run out of ideas now!
Tonight, Stealth Elfie will zoom back to Santa for one last time, leaving behind a note and a little gift. I hope that the boys will not be too upset, there were tears last year… But, hopefully they will look forward his return as much as they did his year :)
