This was our Christmas.
It was a day of presents and laughter; of good food and fizz. It was a day of Lego, Skylanders Swap Force, tea parties and bay-bee in the buggy!
The boys opened Santa presents and stockings in record time. The opening of presents under the tree was remarkably slow to start, but a whirlwind once begun! The wee girl may not quite understand the concept of presents yet, but she certainly understood the process of ripping them open, although she still has some left :)
With Harry Potter books, the biggest dinosaur ever, a newly equipped play kitchen, lots of Lego, new pyjamas and the longed for Turbo DVD; it was a day of huge smiles and cries of awesome, just as it should be.
It was a special day; it was relaxed and fun and happy. It was a family day; it was wonderful and full of joy.
