Despite the lists of lists of sub-lists. The organising of the house and children. The shopping for all the kids favourite foods. The birthday parties, cakes and end of term activities. The packing. The stressing…
Despite the slightly sick, panicky feeling in the pit of my stomach at the thought of being away from the kids for a week and a half…
Despite all that, this week I have been mainly excited, so really, that just had to be my word of the week!
I cannot wait to meet some of the lovely bloggers that I have been chatting to online for the last 18 months, in real life! I am super excited about the conference agenda itself, and I’m really looking forward to learning lots. I expect to hug a lot and laugh a lot. I expect to come away with amazing memories.
And, if I’m being completely honest; three nights in a hotel, on my own… quite excited about that too :)
