After coming back from their day out flying model rockets, the boys met our next door neighbour.
She had seen them painting the rockets and asked how the launches had gone.
The boys were stumbling over each other in their excitement; telling her all about the various rockets they’d seen, the engine sizes, the rockets shaped like spaceships, the ones that had crashed, the one that had been found in a near by farm…!
As the 7yo was recounting how his rocket reached 1400 feet, the 4yo interrupted to say that he had decided what he wanted to be when he grew up.
Hubby looked around with interest, pleased that the rockets had made such an impression.
He was just in time to hear the 4yo announce:
‘I’m going to be a wrestler‘ …
