My week that was {29/20/31/32}

The summer holidays are not conducive to keeping these posts up to date!

So, what have we been up to for weeks four, five, six and seven of the summer holidays?

Week 29: 15-21 July

This week the boys had their last soccer classes; my sister and her two kids arrived for a weeks holiday; we went to the park, the New England Aquarium in Boston and the beach at Breakheart; my sister and I had a wonderful child free day in Boston (thanks hubby!); I had my hair done (!) and we spent lots of time in the garden! Temperatures were in the high nineties all week and we mainly tried to keep cool :)

Week 30: 22-28 July

This week the boys were in Lego Camp, they loved it! We went to the park and the zoo; my sister and her kids went home :( We visited the library, played in the garden, watched the rain and splashed in puddles and I passed my driving test! We went to a lovely BBQ at friends, enjoyed their pool, garden and company.

Week 31: 29 July – 4 August

The 7yo lost another tooth :) My husband took some holiday! We headed into Boston with the kids and went the Museum of Fine Art; we booked a holiday and two days later headed north to New Hampshire; we played mini golf, ate good food, went swimming and drove up a mountain!

Week 32: 5-11 August

Our holiday continued with two days at Storyland, the boys had a fantastic time – as did we! I made time for a lovely walk. Once our holiday was over, we headed home to get ready for the next one… We fly to New Mexico tomorrow! No rest for the wicked :) Granny arrived, to join us for our trip to NM, the 7yo went to a birthday party and I spent the weekend packing…
